Questions families ask

Is the price per person or per unit?
Per unit, per night. A Studio fits up to 4 guests, a 1-Bedroom up to 6, and a 2-Bedroom up to 9. The resort entrance fee is the only per-person cost.
Is the resort entrance fee included?
No — it's set by Pico de Loro and paid at the resort on arrival. It covers the beach, pools, gym, showers, lockers and resort shuttle, and is valid for up to 7 days. See the rates above.
My dates aren't fixed yet. Can I still enquire?
Yes! Tick "my dates are flexible" in the form, or just tell our staff when they contact you. They'll suggest the best-value dates — weekdays are the cheapest.
What's in the unit?
  • Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, water heater
  • Electric stove, pots & pans, rice cooker, fridge, microwave & oven toaster
  • Plates, cutlery, glasses & mugs; water dispenser with 1 free bottle
  • Bedsheets, pillowcases and blankets

Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out is ₱500 per hour, subject to availability.
Can we bring food and grill?
Yes, bring and cook food in your unit — no corkage. Electric grills are allowed on the balcony (we rent one for ₱400). Charcoal grills aren't allowed in Pico de Loro.
How do I pay inside the resort?
Pico de Loro is cashless for dining and activities — use your credit/debit card or e-wallet. Entrance fees and your unit balance can be settled in cash on arrival.
What if I need to cancel?
Down payments are non-refundable. You can rebook for ₱2,500, with free rebooking if there's a storm signal on your travel date (Mon–Thu stays). Our staff will walk you through the details before you pay.
